Earshot is a macOS plugin for Claude Code that speaks replies aloud. A voice skill makes Claude end each reply with a short spoken line, and a Stop hook reads it with the macOS say voice. An optional AirPods remote starts Claude Desktop dictation on a stem click and sends it when you nod, which needs head-tracking AirPods and Hammerspoon.
