By using VibeLeaderboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VibeLeaderboard is a platform for discovering and ranking AI-built ("vibe-coded") applications. Users can submit apps, vote, comment, and claim ownership of their apps.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a Google or GitHub account to submit apps, vote, or comment. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person; creating multiple accounts to manipulate votes is prohibited.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant VibeLeaderboard a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit spam, malware, or misleading content
• Manipulate votes or rankings
• Harass or abuse other users
• Scrape the site beyond reasonable API usage
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users can report content they believe violates these terms.

7. Disclaimers

VibeLeaderboard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not endorse or verify the quality, safety, or legality of listed applications. App listings are user-submitted and may include AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

VibeLeaderboard is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or any listed applications.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
