Privacy Policy

When you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your OAuth provider. We also collect content you submit (app listings, comments) and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps).

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the VibeLeaderboard service
• Display your public profile and contributions
• Prevent abuse and enforce rate limits
• Improve the service

We do not sell your personal information. Your display name, avatar, and contributions (app submissions, comments) are publicly visible. We may share information if required by law.

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including row-level security, encrypted connections, and hashed API keys.

We use essential cookies for authentication (session management via Supabase Auth). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed. Publicly posted content (comments, app listings) may be retained in anonymized form.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the site.
