Claude Code can now draft feedback for you. When something fails, when Claude notices it made a mistake, or when you tell it something went wrong, it writes up the report itself. You can review, modify and approve the feedback to send.

You can disable this or change behavior in /config. More in the docs: https://t.co/g5ElMK14rO
Context
Anthropic has added feedback drafting to Claude Code: after a failure, a mistake it recognizes, or a problem the user flags, the coding assistant can prepare a report for the user to review, edit and approve. That moves the initial write-up into the conversation where the problem occurred while leaving submission under the user's control. The announcement also says the behavior can be changed or disabled through /config.
