About
Chronocity renders a Git repository's commit history as a navigable 3D city in the browser, turning tracked files into buildings whose height reflects lines of code and using simulated weather to signal periods of quiet or intense activity. It runs entirely client-side using TypeScript, three.js, isomorphic-git, and WebCodecs, so a repository's .git folder is processed locally without ever being uploaded.
Why it made the leaderboard
It renders your git commit history as an explorable, drivable 3D city entirely in the browser, with no upload, turning repo activity into a visual, playful artifact.
