About
OpenBridge is a local MCP server that lets OpenCode and Claude Code sessions send messages to each other, including across model vendors, without copying text between sessions. Sessions can be listed with their provider and model, and state is kept in the project's own folder. Setup uses an npm package and an init command, and Claude sessions must be started through its launcher.
