Its Support Quality feature scores resolution accuracy, customer effort, and handoff quality with evidence tied back to the source conversation, while Support Intelligence aggregates recurring customer requests into signals a product team can investigate.
Why it made the leaderboard
As support teams hand more volume to AI agents, this gives a systematic way to audit their quality and mine transcripts for product feedback instead of manually reading every conversation.
