RuralCheck

About

RuralCheck produces plot-level reports for people buying a farmhouse, finca or plot of land in rural Europe. Each report covers 42 checks, including winter sun with hills counted, road and rail noise, flooding, the view, and the land register, worked out for the exact plot from official data. Users can view the plot in 3D with sun and shadows at any date and hour, save and compare up to four plots, and estate agents can add their name and logo to PDF reports on a Professional plan.
