Telos is a cloud platform where a declarative goal specification, rather than imperative prompts, serves as the source of truth for a piece of software. AI coding agents continuously reconcile the running code against that spec, replacing reliance on one-off prompts, pull requests, and CI/CD review cycles for tracking intent over long agent-driven coding sessions. The underlying agent runtime's source code is published on GitHub.
Why it made the leaderboard
