Bridgeflare

Bridgeflare is a drop-in replacement for the Docker CLI that builds and deploys containers to Cloudflare's container platform instead of running them locally, then tunnels the running services back to the developer's machine as localhost. A small daemon intercepts normal Docker commands via the Docker API, which frees up local RAM otherwise spent running containers during development, and it includes a macOS menu bar app for monitoring running containers.
