Claude Scrub is a command-line tool that finds secrets in the plain-text history Claude Code stores under its config directory and replaces each one with a labeled placeholder. It covers session transcripts, prompt history, the paste cache, file history and shell snapshots. A dry-run mode reports findings first, and an optional session-end hook scrubs each session automatically.
