cc-traj-seg is a Claude Code plugin that segments long agent sessions into short, skimmable phases in a side pane, tracking what the agent is doing, why, and the decisions it makes along the way. It's meant to let a developer follow an agent's reasoning without scrolling through the full raw transcript of tool calls, edits, and recoveries from hundreds of steps.
Why it made the leaderboard
Makes long autonomous Claude Code runs auditable by breaking hundreds of tool calls into skimmable phases explaining what the agent did and why, instead of forcing a full transcript re-read.
