An open-source execution recorder for AI coding agents that keeps its own record of what happened and compares it against the agent's account. For Claude Code it records shell commands, exit codes, tool calls, test outcomes and subagent ordering, and stores keyed digests rather than prompts, responses, file contents or tool output. It flags patterns such as a failing test that later passes after only test files changed, which can mean the agent edited the test instead of fixing the bug.
