TERMy is an experimental, deterministic terminal assistant built on the NPC-Forge framework's FlintParser and FlintNPC components that translates plain English requests into shell scripts in milliseconds without using machine learning or an LLM. It is lightweight enough to run on small targets such as a Raspberry Pi or ESP32, and is used by typing "termy" followed by a request, or by writing a plain-English script to a .termy file.
Why it made the leaderboard
It offers a tiny-footprint alternative to LLM-backed terminal assistants for constrained hardware where running a model isn't practical.
