AgentLens is an open-source CLI wrapper for the Codex coding-agent CLI that records a run's commands, file diffs, and token usage into a local timeline, then lets a developer replay it or compare two runs side by side to see where they diverged. It can export a redacted, single-file HTML artifact of a session for sharing in a pull request or with a teammate without exposing secrets.
