Unspin is a Claude Code plugin and skill that teaches the agent to mark the steps of long or batched shell commands. Claude Code's spinner then names the running step, and a block above the prompt shows each step with a progress bar, time and ETA. This lets a user tell whether a build or install is progressing or stuck instead of watching a generic spinner.
