About

Trump-style negotiation and power-analysis framework packaged as a Claude skill — runnable, not an impression.

What it does

It gives an AI two operating modes: first-person role-play and third-person behavioral analysis. Six mental models and eight decision heuristics guide responses about negotiation, power, media, personnel, and political behavior. Analysis outputs are expected to include probabilities, confidence, and key unknowns.

Why it's ranked here

The tool offers more structure than a simple persona prompt. Its models, response modes, trigger rules, fallbacks, and source collection make the method inspectable. The main reservation is evidence hygiene: some research documents retain raw search-session output, while the operating instructions embed factual claims that can age.

What's good

The analyst mode defaults away from impersonation when intent is ambiguous. It explicitly separates observed facts, inferred behavior, confidence, and unknown variables. The material also preserves contradictions and model limitations, including cases where transactional thinking misreads ideology, history, alliances, or cooperation.

Tradeoffs

This is a reasoning prompt package, not an independently validated forecasting system. Its conclusions depend on source quality and the host model’s judgment. Questions involving events or policy require web search, so offline use loses a core safeguard. Role-play deliberately favors certainty, exaggeration, insults, and victory claims over balanced language.

How to use it well

Use it as a structured hypothesis generator for negotiation preparation, rhetoric analysis, or scenario planning. Prefer analyst mode, verify fresh facts, and treat probabilities as prompts for further investigation. It does not replace political-risk research, economic modeling, legal advice, source verification, or direct knowledge of a negotiating counterpart.
