graf is a Rust rewrite of the graphify tool that indexes a codebase and its docs into a queryable graph, letting an agent ask what calls a symbol, what depends on it, and what might break if it changes. It stores the graph in SQLite instead of loading it into memory with Python/NetworkX, reports roughly 1000x faster search and 89x faster incremental updates, and ships as a single native binary with a command to migrate existing graphify data.
