OpsGraph is a self-hosted investigation workspace for PostgreSQL where a language model proposes bounded, read-only SQL queries that application policy validates before execution, capped by a fixed query count, row limit, and timeout. Every finding stays linked to the exact query, source, captured rows, and limits behind it, so an operator can inspect the evidence rather than trust an unverified answer.
