Introducing ElevenAgents Architect. It's an expert built into ElevenAgents that helps your team launch and improve AI agents, just by talking or typing.
Context
ElevenAgents Architect, a built-in assistant in ElevenLabs' ElevenAgents platform for building AI agents, turns the work of improving a deployed voice into a reviewable conversation. According to the product documentation, it can inspect an agent's configuration, conversations and test results, propose changes to prompts, procedures, tools, knowledge bases or , and write and run tests and simulations before presenting a draft for approval.
The important safeguard is that its output is a proposal, not a verified repair. Changes appear in the same drafts, diffs and version history as human edits, and by default they are staged as an unpublished draft that does not reach live callers until approved. ElevenLabs also labels Architect an alpha product, warns that it can make mistakes, and says its conversations are not covered by Zero Retention Mode. Teams therefore gain a faster investigation-and-testing loop, but still own the review, privacy and rollout decisions.
- AI agent — An AI system that doesn't just answer once but works toward a goal in a loop — taking actions, reading the results, and deciding what to do next.
- guardrails — The checks around a model that block bad inputs and outputs — filters, validators, and permission rules the model itself can't override.
