Ankita is an open-source AI workspace for desktop and terminal that can inspect repositories, edit files, run commands, research web pages and handle scheduled tasks. Tool activity and approval requests stay in the conversation, and it supports ChatGPT Browser, GitHub Copilot, Groq, Kilo and OpenAI-compatible providers. Release 2.7.1 fixes a startup failure in 2.7.0, where the packaged app left out companion modules and the main process stopped with a module-not-found error.
