Decido is a LoRA fine-tune of Gemma 4 26B-A4B shipped as an 8-bit GGUF for llama cpp. It takes a text or JSON state plus typed questions (yes/no, choice, score) and returns calibrated probabilities on a laptop CPU. It also provides a server that is wire-compatible with TypeSafe's Jev API, so existing apps can switch with one setting. The README reports an 85.38 six-benchmark mean against Jev's published 83.85, a vendor claim measured on its own harness.
