About
Gliese is a protocol change radar for EVM chains that watches contracts for shifts in who holds control over them: proxy upgrades, admin key and ownership transfers, multisig signer or threshold changes, timelock operations, pauses, and role or parameter changes. It sends alerts (via a Telegram bot, read-only, no wallet signature required) so vault curators, protocol teams, and treasury or multisig operators know when power over the funds they depend on has moved, before that power is used against them.
