Builder Lens reads your local Claude Code and Codex transcripts and produces an HTML builder report plus an agent skill. Analysis runs through the claude or codex command line tool you already use, so no account, server or upload is involved. Every claim in the report carries a hover explanation listing the measured facts behind it.
