About
pi-jev-router is a model router for the pi agent that ranks the entire OpenRouter model catalog for each task, filters to models that fit the task, and builds a Pareto frontier over quality, cost, and latency. It picks the frontier's knee point with no manual weights, falling back to a weighted score when the frontier is too small or flat, and blends quality from recorded eval runs, the Artificial Analysis index, and (for writing tasks) the EQ-Bench Creative Writing v3 Elo score.
Why it made the leaderboard
It gives agent builders a self-updating, evidence-driven way to route each task to the best-value model as prices and the catalog change, without manual re-tuning.
