About
localci runs your existing GitHub Actions workflow files on your own machine, using your OS and your warm build cache. It reads .github/workflows/ci.yml without new configuration and runs jobs whose runs-on matches your operating system, supporting shell steps, matrices, needs, outputs, GITHUB_ENV, if conditions and Docker services. This avoids waiting for a hosted runner or a cold-cache rebuild before you push.
