minibatch-kmeans is a Python package that runs mini-batch k-means clustering directly on PyTorch tensors, on CPU or GPU. It follows Sculley's Web-Scale K-Means algorithm, supports incremental training with partial_fit so data need not fit in memory, and can save and reload models.
