DrillFlow is a local-first diagram editor where any node can open into its own nested sub-diagram, letting users zoom into detail and navigate back out via breadcrumbs instead of managing many separate diagram tabs. It runs entirely in the browser as an installable, offline-capable PWA, offers a hand-drawn sketch aesthetic, and exports to PNG, SVG, PDF, Markdown, Mermaid, or JSON, including round-trip import of Mermaid flowcharts into nested drill-down diagrams.
Why it made the leaderboard
DrillFlow lets you nest an unlimited hierarchy of diagrams inside single nodes with breadcrumb navigation, solving the common problem of processes too large for one canvas, and imports Mermaid diagrams straight from an AI assistant.
