About

dontallow is a macOS utility that automatically presses Don't Allow on the recurring 'find devices on local networks?' system prompt, which many apps trigger repeatedly because macOS keys the permission decision to an app's exact bundle path rather than its identity. It runs as a background launchd agent watching for the dialog via the Accessibility API, supports a pause command and a per-app allowlist for cases where local network access is actually wanted, and posts a notification each time it dismisses a prompt.
