Rutter is an MCP server that records decisions made in AI sessions as dated, append-only entries in a markdown notes folder you own. Each entry stores the cited notes' paths and a content hash taken at capture time, so a renamed but unedited note is followed to its new path. This lets you recall what you decided and which notes were cited, including from a different AI tool. It works with Claude Code, Grok, Codex and Antigravity.
