Omnis Watchtower is a Claude Code plugin that checks every npm and PyPI install an agent attempts before it runs. It refuses nonexistent package names, known malware, typosquats, and public packages shadowing private ones. It pins brand-new releases of popular packages to the previous version during a 72-hour cooldown. Suspicious cases are held and sent to a read-only Sentinel subagent that returns a verdict, and a terminal radar view shows the activity live.
