Patch Diff Review is a VS Code extension that opens .patch and .diff files as native side-by-side diffs with inline comments, without cloning the repository. It can load the full file for one patched file from GitHub or GitLab at the patch's base commit, and notes can be copied as text or TSV. It works in desktop VS Code and VS Code for the Web and uses no webview.
