provLedger is a Claude Code plugin for data work that records why code and data changed, including paths that were tried and dropped, and keeps the user's words, emails and the agent's reading separate. A /ledger command answers questions such as why a split is 70/30, citing record ids and stating the searched range. This gives a coding agent or new teammate the reason behind an odd-looking choice before they change it and silently shift results.
