fframes: The Why (short film)

A 98-second short film rendered entirely by a Rust program using fframes, a programmatic video rendering framework. It features Manhattan built from open NYC building data, motion-capture sequences and Times Square billboards, and serves as a showcase of the framework. The fframes project lets users write videos in Rust and SVG and render them on the GPU, and ships a skill so coding agents can produce videos.
