Yagi: Rust DSP Library

Yagi is a Rust port of the liquid-dsp C library for digital signal processing. It has ported and passes more than 95% of liquid-dsp's 1300+ tests, and the author says a major refactor is finished so it is ready for external users. A browser demo built with wasm-bindgen shows how different modems such as QPSK and QAM behave in the presence of noise. A streaming dataflow library is planned on top of it.
