About
go-git2 is a read-only Go git library that runs libgit2 transpiled to Go with wasm2go. It builds with CGO disabled and cross-compiles without a C toolchain on 64-bit Linux, macOS, and Windows. The API follows go-git v5, so read-only code is mostly a drop-in, and the author reports 10-100x faster reads on large repositories.
