ISPA Parser Generator

ISPA is a parser and lexer generator written in C++23. You describe a grammar once and it compiles ahead of time into a lexer and parser that produce a typed AST, emitting C++17 or Python code. It includes a grammar-level debugger with a command-line and a graphical interface that can record and replay parse traces. The README notes that LR-family modes are experimental and some dynamic regex features are not yet lowered to output.
