About
respawn is a Rust CLI that versions a directory tree as a content-addressed snapshot graph, so any prior state can be materialized back exactly. It lets users snapshot a project before letting an autonomous or agentic process touch it, revert via atomic per-file writes if something goes wrong, diff snapshots to see drift, and replicate snapshots to LAN peers without a central server.
