CCM (Code Counter Machine)

CCM is a command-line tool written in Rust that counts source code by language, compares two project snapshots to show which components a change affects, and tracks which tests and reviews remain valid. It also estimates the cost of delivering a change across AI coding agents, hosted sessions and human review, which matters because traditional models like COCOMO may not fit AI-driven development. Output comes as a terminal summary, an HTML report, or JSON, NDJSON and CSV, and it runs locally without sending code anywhere.
