Perspica is a semantic diff tool for reviewing code changes. It groups changes by what was done and why, and suggests an order to read them in. This helps reviewers work through large AI-written pull requests without skimming past them. The grouping uses an LLM, and a more conservative tree-sitter based analysis works without one.
