A zsh plugin manager that compiles a short declarative spec into one static, byte-compiled init file, so the manager does no resolving or parsing at shell start. Startup is split into stages before and after the first prompt, with compinit and deferred plugins running afterward. The author reports a startup of 7 ms for a full configuration, down from 129 ms with zgenom.
