pho is a terminal UI for working with GitHub pull requests, showing a dashboard of PRs across My PRs, Needs Review and other tabs, a detail view with diff navigation and inline review comments, CI log viewing with error highlighting, and support for stacked PRs. It reuses the GitHub CLI's existing authentication, including for GitHub Enterprise, so it needs no separate login step.
Why it made the leaderboard
It gives developers a fast terminal workflow for reviewing, navigating and merging GitHub PRs, including GitHub's native PR stacks, without leaving the terminal.
