scipgo provides Go bindings for SCIP, a fast non-commercial solver for mixed integer and mixed integer nonlinear programming. It's a port of the Rust crate russcip and follows its API closely, covering continuous, integer, binary, and implicit-integer variables plus constraint modeling.
