Remoot is a mobile app and companion VS Code/Cursor extension that lets developers pair their IDE with a phone via QR code to review code, approve pull requests, and trigger Copilot CLI or Cursor Agent commands remotely. It uses an encrypted bridge with no open ports, background daemon support, and a sleep-prevention feature to keep long-running tasks alive while away from the desk.

Why it made the leaderboard
