An OpenTelemetry-based Python SDK for tracing, evaluating and controlling AI agents and LLM applications. It auto-instruments OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini clients, supports LangChain, CrewAI and the OpenAI Agents SDK, and exports to OTLP backends such as Grafana Tempo, Jaeger and SigNoz. A govern decorator can deny or reshape LLM and tool calls at runtime using policies like spend cap, model boundary and loop cap.
