About
sota-anchor is an MCP server and Claude Code plugin that makes a coding agent search the last year of papers, repositories and packages when its plan assumes something does not exist. A coding agent plans from its training data, so it may rebuild a library published after its cutoff or declare a task impossible. The tool returns dated sources so the agent can reuse existing work.
