A command-line tool that scans a project's package.json dependencies for packages that collect telemetry and disables them using each vendor's documented opt-out environment variable, written into a dotenv file. It ships subcommands for initializing opt-outs, reporting status, failing CI with a non-zero exit code when telemetry is still enabled, and explaining a specific package, with JSON output for agents and pipelines. The CLI itself has zero production dependencies and makes no runtime network requests.
