A Claude skill that burns two-language subtitles, such as Chinese over English, into a video. It renders each caption as a transparent image with Pillow and overlays it with ffmpeg, so it works on ffmpeg builds that lack libass. It handles Latin word and Chinese punctuation line-break rules and can transcribe a video with word-level timing first.
