About
Bokal is an open-source cookie manager for Chrome (Manifest V3) that lets users view, add, edit, delete, import and export cookies, including HttpOnly cookies. It also offers a CHIPS partition inspector, a DevTools panel, and exports for Playwright and Puppeteer. It avoids the tabs permission and states it has no telemetry or remote code, so cookies stay on the device.
