Sanka is an open-source runtime that migrates Django REST Framework (DRF) codebases to FastAPI by scanning the source, producing an immutable migration plan for review, applying only the exact reviewed plan hash, and verifying the generated result against the original code. It reports an aggregate 11-point improvement over using a frontier model alone, benchmarked across eight models on 17 matched migrations.
